CANCELATIONS, RESCHEDULES & REFUNDS
Please double-check the date/time for your workshop before making your payment.
We allow a one-off rescheduling to another date/time within a month if we are informed 24 hours before the scheduled workshop. These rescheduled slots will be subject to availability. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds once the payment is processed. If you have any issues with this, please don't hesitate to contact us via email or social media.
Please let us know if you plan to reschedule at hello@ttcraftstudio.com. No-shows and cancellations less than 24 hours are considered completed workshops and non-refundable.
PRODUCT COLLECTION
After the tufting is finished, we‘ll need some time for trimming and shaving (7 working days approx). We’ll complete the post-work as soon as possible and notify you when it‘s ready for pick-up.
We can store your finished rugs for pick-up up to 3 months.
We also provide posting services. We will charge £10 for each parcel (one parcel could include multiple pieces if it is sent to the same address).
